Store prices and checkout are shown in EUR. Shipping and any applicable order total are displayed before you complete checkout. An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation by email.

If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.

Orders are normally delivered within 7 working days across the EU. Products are dispatched by our suppliers and delivery partners, so the exact arrival time may vary by product and destination. Larger pieces may be delivered by appointment.

Shipping is free on orders above €250. Below that, a flat rate of €12 applies within the EU. Duties and taxes outside the EU are calculated at customs and paid by the recipient.

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You may inspect the piece as you would in a physical store; if its value is reduced by handling beyond that, we may withhold part of the refund. Original packaging is recommended for a safe return but is not an absolute legal requirement.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window on the same conditions. It does not reduce your statutory rights.

You have 24 months of statutory rights under Danish sale-of-goods law for defects present at delivery. This is a statutory right, not a voluntary HousArc warranty.
